Protein Pancakes

A delicious pancake doesn't have to be dipped in butter and syrup to taste good.  This morning I made protein pancakes for breakfast and they were actually better than regularpancakes! Here is the recipe:

1 cup of egg whites

1 scoop of Shakeology protein (or whey protein)

1 cup of whole grain flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp stevia (or honey)

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Pour onto a lightly greased pan and cook until brown on both sides.  Drizzle agave nectar or 100% pure maple syrup.  Instead of using jam you can use plain yogurt.  Mix 1 tbs of plain yogurt with 1 tsp of vanilla and stevia to taste.
