How many times have you purchased a product because its all natural just to find out that its not effective?  I have done this many times. When I find a product that works and its all natural, I want to share it with the world!

My First Change to a Healthy Lifestyle


Eating the right food and avoiding junk food can be extremely HARD, especially if you are a busy mom and work full time!   Where do you even begin? What I've learned is that your health begins in your gut!  If you have an unhealthy gut, your body will not absorb the nutrients it needs in order to avoid illnesses. I wasnt always the healthiest. My breakfast consisted of coffee and a doughnut.  I managed to irritate my stomach so bad that I had to stop eating fruits and vegetables. I had to change my diet and it had to be within days!

I begun by taking a daily probiotic. I started by taking a higher dose (200 billion) for 7 days then switched to the regular dose (5 billion).  Within a week I noticed a difference.   I would drink a green smoothie in the morning and eat every 3 to 4 hours.  In one month my gut was completely healed!  I no longer need to take synthetic medicine to numb the pain.  I feel healthier and you can too!! For me it's been my health.  My health has been on the top of my priority list after I got sick!   As I got older I realized that without my health I wouldn't be able to enjoy my children, family and life in general! I also started appreciating the simple things in life.  Life is too short to live in pain, angry, or sick.

How well do you know your body?  Eating healthy doesn't mean you are eating the right food for your body type, in fact there are healthy foods that will irritate your stomach.  It is important that you pay attention to what you eat and how it makes you feel.   If you experience stomach pain, acid reflux, or digestive problems then avoid this type of food, at least until you heal your gut wall.   Here are five signs of stomach inflammation:

  1. You feel bloated after you eat a meal (even if its small portions)
  2. You have stomach pain/feel bloated when you skip a meal
  3. Mood swings and Anxiety
  4. Fatigue
  5. Lack of energy

This might sound crazy but all of the above are related to stomach inflammation.  Your digestive health controls the way you look, feel and think. Why?   because if you have gastrointestinal problems (inflammation) your gut will NOT absorb the nutrients, vitamins and minerals you are feeding your body.  As a result you will start seeing other health problems.  The absorption of nutrients is extremely important to keep your body healthy.

Tips to Heal Your Gut:

  • Eat every 3 hours, (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack)
  • Eat breakfast within one hour of waking.
  • Drink a cup of lemon tea or ginger tea before breakfast and before bed
  • Eat your last meal 3 hours before bed time
  • Take daily supplements such as probiotics
